but as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for Salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. all Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
II Timothy 3:14-17

i meditate on Your precepts and consider Your ways...i delight in Your commands because i love them. i lift up my hands to Your commands, which i love, and i meditate on Your decrees...to all perfection I see a limit; but Your commands are boundless. oh, how i love Your law! i meditate on it all day long...i have put my hope in Your word. my eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that i may meditate on Your promises.
Psalm 119:15, 48, 96&97, 147b&148
